Circulator (CSTR)

The CSTR, or Circulator, circulates water in a deliberate manner maximizing the Food-to-Microbe ratio, culturing Sludge Liquefaction Bacteria, including facultative archaeaand beneficial anaerobes thereby digesting sludge in-situ and causing methanogenspredominance over Sulfur-Reducing Bacteria, thereby eliminating malodor.


Micro-Aerator Circulator

The Micro-Aerator system produces entrained micro-bubbles lowering the water’s specific gravity sinking insolubles and pathogens, such as E. Coli, to be digested anaerobicallyat the sludge/water interface. In the aerobic zone, aerobes rapidly oxidize soluble biological oxygen demand (“BOD”).
